Battle Under the Earth
March 2006·pp. 94–101
THE SHORT VERSION
Gav Thorpe and Phil Kelly turn a passage from Grudgebearer into a full underground battle, building an inexpensive Dwarf hall from floor tiles and household materials. Dwarfs enter through one gateway while Night Goblins reinforce from three approaches. After a long struggle, Goblin artillery and the loss of a Dwarf banner swing the running victory-point calculation. The Goblins win with 1,952 points against 927, narrowly satisfying the scenario’s decisive margin.
