Chapter Approved: Daemon Worlds
January 2006·pp. 66–75
THE SHORT VERSION
Adam Troke and Andy Hoare add hostile terrain and six landscape effects to ordinary missions on worlds overwhelmed by Chaos. Extra danger, lethal woods, unsettling ruins and predatory waters make movement itself a risk, while the world’s ruling power can inflict plague, hesitation or confused shooting. A broad definition identifies the daemon models exempt from many effects. Tzeentchian scenery, an iron-skinned fortress world and a short account of Golia VII’s destruction turn the rules into a setting for themed campaigns.
