The White Council in Your Scenarios

THE SHORT VERSION

The article distinguishes known members of the White Council from possible participants and suggests existing profiles for figures without their own models or entries. Círdan, Gildor and Erestor can therefore appear in alternate Fellowships through agreed substitutions, expanding scenario possibilities while acknowledging uncertainty about the council’s exact membership.
