Dave Allen asks Chris Straw to help replace Grimgor’s Empire-specific trophy pose with an aggressive axe and reaching hand. Brass formers reinforce newly sculpted fingers, pins strengthen joins and putty sleeves repair the weapon haft; a surviving ribbon becomes a deliberate trophy rather than unexplained damage from the conversion.
