RULES·WHITE DWARF 303

Sir Tristan the Troubadour and Jules the Jester

March 2005·p. 110

THE SHORT VERSION

Tristan and Jules share a Hero choice but cannot command the army, and their different social roles govern which units they may accompany. Tristan chooses a ballad each turn to improve combat resolution, magical protection or steadfastness; Jules’s acrobatics and taunts make the apparently ridiculous companion surprisingly difficult to kill and troublesome to nearby enemies.
