Fire Dragons

February 2005·p. 68

THE SHORT VERSION

Dragons gain relative importance when ordinary transported troops can no longer disembark and charge immediately. Their close-range fusion volley threatens tanks and elite infantry, with a Firepike and Tank Hunter Exarch extending reliability; nearby assault units should protect them rather than spending heavily on their own melee ability.

Index Xenos: Swordwind of Biel-tan

Adam Troke frames Biel-tan through an Imperial investigation of Eldar physiology, culture, technology and military action. Its exceptional number of Aspect shrines and powerful warrior court support swift assaults intended to reclaim culturally significant worlds, leaving Imperial authorities unsure how to classify an enemy that also destroys their foes.
