Make a Lake!
December 2004·p. 64
THE SHORT VERSION
Tinted resin fills the lake while tall modelling grass, handmade bullrushes and paper lily pads give the banks texture and scale. The tutorial separates the preparation of small plants from final assembly and uses a little green paint in the water to suggest a natural, shallow body of water.
