Phil Kelly chooses Clan Eshin for its freedom of movement and emphasis on selective combat. Skirmishers, slings and poisoned missiles harass vulnerable targets, while the revised Skitterleap turns Assassins into direct threats to enemy characters. The darkness rules reward a completely skirmishing force, at the cost of other clans’ specialist units. His examples describe an army built to remove leaders and disappear rather than win through conventional ranked combat.
