THE SHORT VERSION

The opening Lethis rules instalment creates a Legends Petrifex Elite army around heavy constructs and Mortisans. Its traits absorb early damage, sustain an advance through combat, permit a delayed second fight and sometimes return a destroyed unit. Bespoke spells manipulate bone and terrain, while the Grand Necromystic’s warscroll uses harvested enemies to strengthen its weapons and enormous bulk to crush nearby foes.
