The Herald of Misery survives the shrine world’s return fire and supports landings by Iron Warriors, cultists and Titans, while mistrust weakens the Imperial defence. Rhalion identifies a narrow boarding opportunity but must convince his officers to risk their frigate before the Ark’s escorts return.
