THE SHORT VERSION
A glowing blue foundation sits beneath patches of cracking earth and rough texture paint to suggest a frozen surface splitting above cold light. Successive dark washes and grey drybrushes join the materials, then extra blue and snow finish the effect, making the bases an active part of the lodge’s icy story.
