Piotr adopts the Midnight Sorrow’s red and blue diamonds but introduces brighter accent colours to personalise the troupe. A carefully constructed grid keeps the pattern consistent, while extensive glazing gives each diamond its own transition, turning a recognisable masque scheme into a demanding small-scale painting exercise.
