Sophie commands the Indomitus Ultramarines against James Gallagher’s Szarekhan Necrons in the new edition’s first White Dwarf battle. Early Necron objective control and the death of the marine Captain build a lead, and despite a strong close-combat recovery around the records, the Ultramarines finish narrowly behind at 60–70.
