THE SHORT VERSION

The first three codexes of the new edition preserve background, heraldry, art and painted showcases while presenting units through more self-contained datasheets. Their layouts adapt to each faction rather than forcing Chapters, brotherhoods and warbands into identical organisational patterns. The central change replaces numerous bespoke formations with rulebook detachments and faction-specific stratagems.
