Aidan concentrates on smooth flesh and a deliberately uncluttered finish. Different painted textures make the front cloth appear silky while the reverse looks coarser. Makeup and subtle facial tones reward close inspection. A marbled plinth, skull and candles suggest a small ritual scene.
