Stone Axe Head
June 2012·p. 91
THE SHORT VERSION
The flint-like weapon begins with Mechanicus Standard Grey and Agrax Earthshade, followed by a Longbeard Grey drybrush. Dawnstone and fine White Scar marks pick out the sharp broken edges and surface facets. The combination makes the axe read as chipped stone rather than painted metal, supporting the army’s deliberately primitive theme.
