PAINTING·WHITE DWARF 388

Metal

April 2012·p. 97

THE SHORT VERSION

Leadbelcher supplies the gunmetal base, Nuln Oil darkens its joints and Ironbreaker restores the exposed edges. The compact sequence is used for mechanical parts and weapons throughout the force, giving repeated details a consistent appearance. Its cool finish also provides an immediate contrast with the separately painted gold ornaments.
