THE SHORT VERSION

Empire rivalries reward fighting over banners, crossing contested borders and proving the superiority of a chosen regiment or Knightly Order. Artillery duels can begin before the first turn, magical colleges must choose sides and noble challenges carry additional rewards. The table makes professional pride and local allegiance affect both tactics and scoring, giving comparable human armies reasons to pursue different parts of the battlefield.

Chaos Marauder: Human Flesh

Bugman’s Glow supplies a strong warm base for the Marauder’s bare skin before Reikland Fleshshade defines the musculature. Cadian Fleshtone restores the broad raised surfaces and Kislev Flesh picks out the highest details. Leaving the initial wash visible between those layers gives the muscular figure depth without requiring blended paint mixtures.

Beastmen Gor: Tanned Flesh

The Gor’s warm skin progresses from Ratskin Flesh through a Reikland Fleshshade wash to Bestigor Flesh and Ungor Flesh highlights.
