THE SHORT VERSION

Joe plans the reflections for a frontal viewing angle before painting. Grey midtones are shaded down and built towards very bright edge highlights. Tiny white dots mark concentrated reflections. Purple and turquoise glazes tint the finished steel without replacing its contrast.
