Painting Units and Command Groups
April 2009·pp. 86–87
THE SHORT VERSION
Chris uses a brown foundation to save time on belts and other small details. Repeating a few colours in different positions makes the Orcs coherent but irregular. A mixed brown-and-black wash shades many materials at once. Extra highlights distinguish command figures while keeping them part of the same unit.
