Editorial: Different Ways to Play

Mark introduces the mass-battle game as another way to enjoy Middle-earth miniatures. It sits alongside the skirmish system, much as different scales coexist elsewhere in the hobby. Ent

Army of the Dead

Twenty plastic warriors depict the cursed Men of Dunharrow. Their oath binds them to the rightful king rather than Sauron. A separate metal banner supports formations in the new mass-battle system. The notice explicitly identifies uses for the warriors in both Middle-earth games.
