Beasts of Prey: Howling Griffons
September 2005·pp. 112–120
THE SHORT VERSION
John Cadice revisits a chapter he first encountered in White Dwarf 101, building a new Fifth Company around red-and-yellow quartered armour and individual heraldry. Converted commanders, a dynamically posed Dreadnought, named infantry squads and a mixed vehicle collection give the army a knightly identity. His thirteen-step armour recipe and discussions of chapter markings show how the force stays recognizable even when tanks use more subdued desert colours.
