Chris Baker builds a collapsing beast under attack by the Army of the Dead, supporting a new neck and trunk with florist’s wire beneath layers of putty. Cut howdah beams, a desperate commander and converted plastic Rohirrim phasing through solid objects extend the story across the miniature, with the project becoming a sustained lesson in sculpting as it progressed.
